Story about the owner and the cats

All three villas are owned and ran by a mixed couple of Ducth-Indonesian, Meggie and Herwin. Meggie is a Dutch woman who has been living in Indonesia since 2009. For the first few years she lived in Bali and since 2011 she moved to Yogyakarta. Together with Herwin, they rent out a beautiful two-bedroom villa since March 2015. In 2017, they built two new villas: one ‘honeymoon villa’ for 2 persons and a big family villa for 6 persons.
Meggie is always excited to meet new people. Her strength is to give 100% service and ensure that you feel comfortable and homey during your stay. She will do as much as possible and to arrange everything to respond to your needs. All you have to do is sit back and relax, enjoy your holiday and leave your worries behind.
Anyway, around the property you have probably noticed there are some cats hanging out. Meggie and Herwin are animal lovers. Meggie has rescued many cats from the streets since she came in Indonesia (She now has 22 cats and counting!). She took one cat with her all the way from Bali, and also adopted four cats from her best friend who passed away, in which her name was then dedicated as the nickname of one of the villas: Tuticat.

Despite the neglected condition of some of the cats when they were first found, they’re all now healthy, fluffy and beautiful. You are welcome to pet them, in returns, they will give you the most pleasant relaxing purring sound and snuggle around your feet. Otherwise, they know their place and will not bother you. Their existence also somehow provide a comfortable environment, free from insects and mosquitos.
